🤖 AI POWER—What can AI make possible at a scale, speed, intelligence or cost humans never had before?
🚀 UNPRECEDENTED —What can I now attempt that humanity could not realistically do before?
🌍 HUMAN IMPACT—If this succeeds, how many lives could become meaningfully better?
♾️ LEGACY Does this leave humanity with a capability, institution, knowledge or system that continues beyond me?
The intersection is not merely purpose.

And that gives you a very different life philosophy:
Don’t ask what job AI won’t replace.
Don’t compete with AI at things AI can do.
Use AI to attempt things humanity has never been capable of doing.
For example, don’t think “AI health app.” Think: Can every human eventually have a continuously learning preventive-health intelligence?
Don’t think “AI education startup.” Think: Can every child have a world-class teacher that understands them individually?
Don’t think “AI company automation.” Think: Can one ordinary person command productive capabilities that previously required a 1,000-person corporation?
Don’t think “AI research assistant.” Think: Can we compress decades of scientific discovery into years?
The final test I’d put at the center of the diagram is therefore:
Because AI now exists,
what can I help humanity do
that humanity could never do before?
And beneath it:
LOVE IT → HUMANITY NEEDS IT → AI MAKES IT POSSIBLE → NEVER POSSIBLE BEFORE → MASSIVE POSITIVE IMPACT
That, to me, is the real AI Ikigai.
